GTA 6 is not coming to PC at launch
Rockstar has only announced PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S. There is no PC SKU, no Steam page, and no date. GTA V and Red Dead Redemption 2 reached PC one to two years after consoles. That is a pattern, not a promise.
What is confirmed
The official Grand Theft Auto VI page lists PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S. Pre-orders that opened on June 25, 2026 are console-only. Rockstar has not announced a PC SKU, a Steam page, or an Epic listing.
What people are guessing, and why
GTA V launched on consoles in 2013 and reached PC in 2015. Red Dead Redemption 2 launched in 2018 and reached PC in 2019. A later PC port is the company’s recent habit. It is not a dated promise for VI. Anyone selling you a PC release month is inventing it.
What to do if you only play on PC
Wait for Rockstar. This page will change when they publish a PC date — not before. Until then the playable versions are the ones you can pre-order on PS5 and Xbox.
